Take Our Needs Survey

By taking our needs survey you can help us to get crucial funding for the programs we wish to create. Our goal is for the Transgender Resource Center of Long Island to be a place for our community and created by our community. This is why your input is so vital to us. Your feedback will help us create the best and most inclusive community center that could possibly serve your needs.

To be eligible to take our survey you will need to be a resident of either Nassau or Suffolk County. We do not ask for any personal information other than your county and zip code to help us to determine the best location to put our center. We only require an email address to prevent duplicate surveys, and it will not be distributed or added to our mailing list.

If you would like to join our mailing list to receive our newsletter, you can do so at the bottom of the page. Take Our Needs Survey
