The Transgender Resource Center of Long Island presents an overview of the untold history of New York City’s 1969 Stonewall Riots and the Transgender Women of Color who helped to start the modern day LGBT movement. Hear the stories of Marsha P. Johnson, Sylvia Rivera, Miss Major, and more as New York celebrates World Pride and the 50th anniversary of the events that started it all. 

*A gallery depicting the historical events of the Stonewall Riots will be on display for the entire month of June.
